Use of PulseBreak

PulseBreak is provided as a free Mac app for personal and professional use. You may install and run it on Macs you own or control.

Downloads and updates

Public downloads are provided after the app is signed, notarized, and release metadata is published. Updates may be delivered through Sparkle using the public appcast feed.

Free and Pro versions

The core PulseBreak app is free to use. PulseBreak Pro is an optional one-time license for up to three Macs and includes PulseBreak 1.x updates. A license is personal to the buyer and may not be sold, shared publicly, or used to bypass activation limits. A device slot can be transferred after the previous Mac is deactivated.

Payments, licenses, and refunds

Pro and support payments, receipts, taxes, refund requests, and license-key delivery are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. The checkout page shows the final price, applicable taxes, license scope, and refund terms before purchase. PulseBreak may validate a license with Dodo Payments and deactivate access associated with refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or material violations of these terms.

Support PulseBreak is an optional purchase supporting continued development. It is not a charitable donation, is not tax deductible, and does not grant PulseBreak Pro access.

No warranty

PulseBreak is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is a wellbeing aid, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for medical care, ergonomics advice, or workplace safety guidance.

Your messages and feedback

If you send feedback, you allow PulseBreak to read, store, and use it to improve the app and support users. Do not send confidential information through the contact form.

Acceptable use

Do not redistribute modified builds in a way that implies they are official PulseBreak releases. Do not use the website, forms, downloads, or update feed to abuse, spam, probe, overload, or disrupt the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app or this website.
